So, here is something interesting that's been on my mind. It seems that
there are two choices. You can either look up and chase your goals. In
which case you are in danger of tripping and falling. Or you can watch your feet as
you go on your journey, and then you risk running into things you didn't
see coming at you. So, which is the better choice? I guess I don't
really have the answer. I've just been wondering how you balance the two
out without making too many mistakes along the way. I've made a couple
of mistakes this week. Well, I don't know if you would call them mistakes. You might say I made some not so good choices for my dinner.
But, in my defense it was a date night out with a friend of mine. And we
went to a concert. So, I decided to go ahead and have a cheeseburger
and french fries. I realize that's not really a big bad thing. But it
was bit more calories than I wanted to use. So what do I do? I just keep going. We are all human, We move forward and we forgive ourselves. And we move on
because that's what life is all about. You just live it. And sometimes
you just have to have a cheeseburger. And enjoy yourself.
And then You go to a hockey game and maybe have another cheeseburger. Because what happens at hockey stays at hockey.
And you get up the next day and you start over and do your best. Ah life. The good, the bad and the ugly. I face it every day.
That's it for now. Until the next time.
Eat well.
